APPLICATIONS
Read, interact, convert
Agents have to do three things on any website, in that order. The pattern is identical across industries. Only the nouns change. Find your business and read across.

THE MATRIX
All ten industries come down to the same three columns.
Read, interact, convert. In that order. A row that stops after two columns is a site agents can research but never finish.
Test My Website| Industry | Read | Interact | Convert |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ecommerce | Specifications, compatibility, policies, inventory | Search, filter, compare, configure | Add to cart and begin checkout |
| Home services | Services, geography, availability, qualifications | Diagnose needs and select the right service | Request a quote or schedule service |
| Professional services | Expertise, industries, requirements, case history | Match needs with the right service | Book a consultation |
| Travel and hospitality | Locations, rates, amenities, policies | Search dates, filter and compare | Reserve with confirmation |
| SaaS | Features, documentation, account state, usage | Configure settings and generate reports | Upgrade, activate or submit support |
| Financial and insurance | Educational information, policies, account data | Calculate, compare, retrieve | Prepare applications or service requests |
| Healthcare | Services, locations, providers, preparation instructions | Search availability and complete intake | Request an appointment |
| Manufacturing and B2B | Materials, tolerances, capabilities, lead times | Match specifications and request feasibility | Prepare an RFQ |
| Real estate | Listings, features, locations, availability | Filter, compare, calculate | Schedule a showing |
| Internal business systems | Policies, records, dashboards, workflow state | Search, update, generate | Complete controlled internal processes |
SAFETY
Where the agent must stop.
Convert is the column that spends money, books time or moves private data. It is also the one the browser does not police.
Consequential actions (purchases, messages, appointments, applications, account changes and submissions involving private data) should require visible review and confirmation. The browser does not enforce that for you. We build it into the page.
- Read-only tools
- are annotated as read-only, so nothing an agent calls to understand your site can change it.
- Write tools
- return a prepared draft rather than a completed action.
- The final step
- belongs to a person, who reviews the arguments before approving them.
Can an agent finish the job on your website?
We will test the journeys that create revenue, show you where agents get stuck, and build the semantic and action layers needed to move them forward.
